Torani Holiday Cheers

If you are a coffee lover like I am, you will love Torani. Pumpkin Spice/Pie cupcake:

Cupcake:

1 Pumpkin Spice Cake Mix

1 3.4 oz Pumpkin Spice Instant Pudding Mix

1/3 C flour

1/3 C oil

1/3 C sour cream

1 1/2 C water

3 t Torani Pumpkin Pie Syrup

4 eggs

Frosting:

1  8 oz package cream cheese, softened

1/4 C butter, softened

3 t Torani Pumpkin Pie Syrup

dash salt

3-4 C powdered sugar

2-3 T milk

In a large mixing bowl, or in your stand mixer combine the Cake Mix, Pudding Mix and flour. Stir it around to combine. Add the oil, water, vanilla, sour cream and eggs. Mix on low for about 1 minute. Then mix on medium speed until the batter is smooth and silky. This should take about 3 minutes. Line your muffin tins with cupcake liners. Fill each liner 3/4 of the way full with your cake batter. Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool on a wire rack. While cupcakes are cooling, make a frosting by  beating the cream cheese and butter together in your mixer. Add the the Torani Pumpkin Spice Syrup and dash of salt. Add the powdered sugar and 1 T of the milk. Mix well. If the frosting it too thick add more milk. If it’s too runny add a bit more powdered sugar then swirl on top of the cupcake!
